Where do I arrive and when?
Auction night is Saturday, March 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the Lake Theater & Cafe in Lake Oswego located at 106 N State St, Lake Oswego, OR. This event space overlooks Oswego Lake with many spaces for 200 Riverdale guests to hang out and mingle.
What do guests wear?
This year's theme is A Night at the Movies - guests can wear what they would normally wear to a nice dinner out on the town or they can go all-out "red carpet" glamour. There isn't any specific or formal dress code this year.
Our theme this year was inspired due to Auction occurring the night before The Oscars and by our location, The Lake Theater & Cafe, being an active local cinema.
What will Auction Night be like this year?
This year we will not be hosting a "live" auction. But instead, we will have several silent auction items to bid on, "parties with a purpose" to sign up for, a raffle giveaway to buy tickets for, and we will host a lively Paddle Raise. This year's Paddle Raise is a much needed ask, so be prepared to pledge!
Are table seats assigned? Who will I sit with?
Tables and seating will not be assigned this year. We will not be hosting a formal sit-down dinner but instead we will have scattered seating and serving what we call "dinner by the bite". See the menu below.
Guests can feel free to come alone, as a couple, or grab some friends and come as a group. This year is a more casual Auction format than our previous gala formats.
How do I buy tickets and how much will they be?
Tickets will be available to purchase from February 9 - March 1 or until sold out. The event will be capped out at 200 guests, so please purchase sooner versus later.
General Tickets are $125 and include all food, complimentary wine/beer, and a cash bar for cocktails
Patron Tickets are $250 and include all food, complimentary wine/beer, plus complimentary well cocktails and 1 free raffle entry.
Staff Tickets are $75 and include all food, complimentary wine/beer, and cash bar for cocktails. Limited to one ticket per staff member and doesn't include spouses.
