Passed appetizers, complimentary wine and beer, a cash bar for cocktails, and live jazz will be available while you soak up the stunning views and evening's sunset on The Ironlight's outdoor lounge terrace. Patrons will enjoy their own Patron drink line + complimentary cocktails. Dress is cocktail attire.
Dinner + Raffle Games + Party Packs
As the evening progresses, visit each dinner station choosing your favorite gourmet dishes while socializing with fellow parents, staff, and community members. Our open seating arrangement allows guests to sit where and with whom they choose. Make sure to buy in on the evening's many raffle games and sign-up for upcoming Party Packs. Yes, Party Packs are back!
Live Auction + Paddle Raise
Returning for a repeat performance live and in-person, Riverdale Dad Steve Milla and Riverdale Alumna and KATU reporter Genevieve Reaume will grace our stage as this year's Auctioneers. Plan on bidding fiercely and raising your Paddle for this year's specific cause.
Dancing + Photos + Karaoke
After you raise your paddle, kick up your heels on the dance floor, relax outside on the lounge terrace, or snap a photo to commemorate the evening! If you are bold, grab the mic and serenade all with your smooth vocal skills. However you choose to wrap up your evening, it is sure to be memorable.
Covid-19 Protocol
The Riverdale PTC cares about the health of our community and will be holding this year's auction mindful of public health regulations and guidance in effect as of the event. To that end, we require all guests attending the auction to sign a liability waiver when purchasing tickets and to present documentation at the door showing either: (1) up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19 (fully vaccinated plus boosted if eligible); (2) a negative COVID-19 test taken within the preceding 72 hours; or (3) recovery from COVID-19 infection. Please plan to arrive earlier than usual to give us time to review your documentation during check-in.
